What we collect

  • Booker name and email (if provided).
  • Booking time, duration, and notes (if any).
  • Calendar event identifiers related to bookings.
  • Calendar owner email (authorized Google account).

How we use it

  • Show availability and prevent double booking.
  • Create and manage booking events in Google Calendar.
  • Send booking notification emails to the calendar owner.

Google user data

  • Google Calendar: used to create and manage booking events and determine availability.
  • Gmail send: used only to send transactional booking notifications for created, updated, or cancelled bookings.
  • We do not read, access, or store Gmail inbox content. We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell or share Google user data. Google data is used only to provide core booking functionality in accordance with the Limited Use requirements.

Email notifications

Emails are transactional only and sent as a direct result of user actions such as booking creation, updates, or cancellations.

Retention

We do not store booking details on our servers. We store only the minimum data needed to operate the service, such as Google OAuth credentials, and retain it only as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Users can revoke Google access at any time to stop data synchronization.

Security

We store credentials securely and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
